Dr. Preetha K has been appointed as the new Advisor for Homoeopathy to the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
The Senior Chief Medical Officer (Senior Administrative Grade) of CGHS Bangalore has been designated as the Advisor for Homoeopathy to the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. She is an alumnus of the Government Homoeopathic Medical College in Kozhikode, Kerala, graduating in 1992. In 2011, she completed a WHO fellowship in a country training program focused on AYUSH in Non-Communicable Diseases and Health Promotion. Additionally, she earned a PG Diploma in Medico-Legal Ethics from the National Law School in Bangalore in 2015.
Furthermore, she has obtained a PG Diploma in Health and Hospital Management from IGNOU and received training in the prevention of chronic kidney diseases in 2012, as well as training in Cardiology Technologies for Medical Practitioners in 2007. She has also been recognized for her commitment to delivering quality patient care.
We anticipate that she will excel in her role as Advisor for Homoeopathy and provide valuable guidance to the ministry regarding research in Homeopathic Pharmacy and the overall advancement of Homoeopathy.
