REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our focus is complete student satisfaction. Please read the instructions carefully before securing the admission. If the admission is completed and not satisfied with the course, the institution will refund 75% of the fee if the student intimates and provided the reasons within seven days from the date of admission, If college find genuine and proven after investigation. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy
  • For Cancellations please contact the institution Principal.
  • If Requests are received later than seven days from the date of admission neither admission will be cancelled nor will refund of paid Fees be entertained.
  • Admission will be cancelled if any student is found to be involved in any legal or criminal cases.
  • Admission will be cancelled at the mass level in case of severe damage to the institution by natural calamity, or national emergencies.
Refund Policy
  • Case 1: In case a student applies for admission to a course in the institute and pays the full fee and charges but decides not to join the course within 7 days from the date of admission, then she/he may get a refund amount of up to 75% of the amount paid less processing fee.
  • Case 2: In case a student applies for admission to a course in the institute and pays the full fee and charges but decides not to join the course within 15 days and after 7 days from the date of admission, then she/he may get refund amount of up to 50 % of the amount paid after deduction of processing fee.
  • Case 3: In case a student applies for admission to a course pays a full fee and charges has also registered for the course and leaves after 15 days from the date of admission, then she/he may not get any refund amount.
  • Case 4: In case a student dies or is rendered mentally or physically handicapped because of any mishap or illness that would make him/her unable to pursue the studies, then, the matter of refund would merit extraordinary to discretion of the Director of the institution to decide about.
  • Case 5: In case a student applies for admission to a course and pays the full fee and charges and has also registered for the course, but is found to be involved in any legal or criminal offenses, the admission will be cancelled, and then she/he may not get any refund amount.
