Admission Guidelines
- Applicant's are required to apply online/ Offline through Simpathy institute of Homoeopathic Pharmacy and Hospital official website i.e. www.simpathy.org.
- No other means/modes of application are acceptable.
- The Applicant's applying for the admission should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility criteria as prescribed for admission. Their admission at all stages will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.
- Applicant's must have a valid Email ID and Mobile Number before registering.
- Furnishing of false information or suppression of any material fact(s) in the Online/offline Application form's would render immediate disqualification of the Applicant(s).
- SImpathy institute of Homoeopathic Pharmacy and Hospital takes up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents at subsequent stages of admission process.
Documents Required
- Attested copies of the relevant Educational Certificates.
- Original Certificates of education & qualification (only at the time of admission).
- Caste Certificate for SC / ST / OBC students.
- Residence Proof / Domicile Certificate.
- Valid identity card Adhaar card/ voter id
- Colour Passport size Photographs - 2 nos.
- Scanned copy of signature
Admission Procedure
Online Admission Procedure
Application Form can be filled from the website www.simpathy.org .
- Visit website, click on Apply online.
- Fill the form.
- Attach required documents.
- Click on submit.
- After submit of application form, payment link for registration will appear.
- Complete payment through the link.
- Confirmation mail will be sent within 2 days after verification of documents.
- Original Certificates will be verified for admission.
- Submit first installment of fees
Offline Admission Procedure
- Download Admission Form from the website www.simpathy.org.
- Fill the Admission form
- Attach required documents and submit the application form.
- Complete registration fee at the Institute.
- Confirmation mail will be sent within 2 days after verification of documents.
- Original Certificates will be verified for admission.
- Submit first installment of fees.
